摘要
When serious disaster such as the East Japan Great Earthquake occur, disaster information becomes extremely important for the disaster people. Therefore, the authors have been studying the robust network connection methods for Disaster Information Network System consisted with cognitive wireless and satellite system so far. However, in order to provide disaster information such as life safety information, evacuation shelter, and so on, it is also necessary to consider about the network configuration of the servers and QoS control for such as web based life safety information system. In fact, when the East Japan Great Earthquake happened, many Web and mail servers were down because of the destruction from the earthquake and tsunami or electric breakdown around wide area of East Japan. Moreover, heavy congestion made difficulty for providing network services. In this paper, we propose the autonomous network control methods using cloud computing system with robust cognitive wireless network. In our proposal system, cloud based servers are dynamically moved or produced by the network conditions by the damages or the congestions. Then, the evaluation of our proposal methods and future study is discussed.
