Research on Innovative Talent Training Mode and Its Application in Open Education

This article explores the innovative talent training mode, that is, an innovative teacher having "the opened knowledge structure, the developed knowledge structure and the length and breadth knowledge structure "chooses some teaching materials being able to enhancing students' creative power; uses the creative method of teaching, to make students master creative learning methods under fine culture and society conditions, and finally make them have rich knowledge, overall and synthetic quality and better creative power. Applied innovative talent training mode to open education, we established "learning-guide the pluralistic interaction" teaching mode, set up" three" teaching management mode, to infuse into the new content for the innovative talent training mode, and to open education further development.
