摘要
According to the physical fitness data investigated in elementary and middle school students of Bai minority in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in 2005 and 2010, the physical health levels of 7 to 18 years-old students were analyzed. Over the 5 years from 2005 to 2010, the body measurements, physiological functions and physical fitness of Bai students developed in an unbalanced way. As a whole, their body measurements showed an upward trend, the development level of physiological functions tended to decline, and the physical fitness was distinct between superiority and inferiority. Meanwhile the cultural construction in this area has been strengthened with the economic improvement of Development of Western Regions. Factors like lifestyles, habits and ethnic changes had significant effects on minority student health. To sum up, the school education, family education and social education had positive interference in the physical health of minority adolescents.
