Changes in law and their influence on employment in Slovakia

Legislative conditions influence business environment in a positive as well as a negative sense. This article deals with the influence of legislative changes on business in Slovakia. We deal with core changes in the The Social Insurance Act, The Income Tax Act and The Labour Code. The goal of the article is - on the theoretical level - to list the most principal changes of the above mentioned Acts that will influence the business environment in Slovakia in future. On the application level we will on the development of the employment in individual regions point out the influence on the social situation of the population.
