摘要
At HSG-IMAT a new technology for contamination free dispensing has been developed. It meets the common requirements to commercially available dispensing systems such as high accuracy of the dispensed amount and low energy consumption. Furthermore the technology enables a contamination free handling of the dispensed fluid. The actuation principle uses a two-step cycle, thereby a ferromagnetic pump element in a pump unit is alternately attracted by a magnetic coil and pushed back by a spring. The pump unit can be designed as a low-cost disposable and integrated in the package of the fluid which has to be dispensed. An electric soap dispenser was designed and set up at HSG-IMAT to verify the advantages of the new dispensing technology. Several experimental measurements were performed with this electric soap dispenser. The system achieved a high dispensing accuracy as well a as a low energy consumption. In this first setup the dispensing unit is already comparable to soap dispenser systems on the market, which overall shows the large potential of this approach.
