摘要
Laccase production by the Trametes palisoti grown in submerged cultures was studied. Addition of different aromatic compounds and corn Stover into the culture medium in order to enhance laccase was investigated. Corn Stover was selected because of their availability and low cost. Corn stover gave the higher activity, 361u/L, which was 3 times the value attained in the cultures without corn stover addition. Laccase from Trametes palisoti express their higher activity at pH5 and at 45 degrees C.
