摘要：
High school education is the best period for the formation of cognitive thoughts of students. Therefore, high school PE class plays an important role in helping students form a correct attitude towards sports and sports. Influenced by the exam-oriented education, traditional teaching usually prevents the systematic teaching of PE in high schools. As the new curriculum reform deepens, the current PE teaching of high school must innovate its teaching thoughts and methods. Therefore, this paper offers a feasible and proactive teaching thoughts and methods of the issues existing in the current teaching from the perspective of the actual situation of PE teaching in high school.
