摘要
A kind of auto measure roundness system applied in spot was introduced in this paper. The work piece being placed on the workbench, roundness error will be transformed into electric signal by a displacement sensor and transported to the lower computer, which is made up of MCS-51 single chip microcomputer system, acquiring and primarily processing signal, thereafter transporting it to the upper computer in serial mode, here processing again, then exporting it. The measure system has a series of merits such as lower price, higher precision, being used conveniently and demanding environment littler.
