摘要
Thermo-optic tuning manifests in nanoscale photonic AFM transducers at modest optical powers. We derive a frequency and power dependent transfer function, enabling dynamic data interpretation in high-power and high-sensitivity thermo-optical-nonlinear-regime. It paves the way for further improvement of the sensitivity of photonic sensing.
