摘要
In this paper, the author discusses the methods of C4ISR capacity requirement analysis. This method takes the domain knowledge modeling and domain knowledge reuse. The method uses three-story frame to describe the requirements of ability, make reusable domain knowledge. Based on the framework C4ISR ability of process modeling requirement has been discussed. Meta-at model were also discussed. Finally, an example simulation modeling building C4ISR, explain the availability and applicability of the method.
