Realization of ultra-low-loss microscopic optics for quantum-enhanced imaging

摘要
We demonstrate microscopic optics with high transmittance of 89% using custom-made objective lenses, anti-reflection-coated cover slips, and axicons for beam shaping. We carefully designed the optics considering the position-dependent transmittance of the objective lenses. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
