PFC and Fuzzy based PI controller for bidirectional DC/DC converter of Buck mode in HEV

摘要
It is important to control input and output power of bidirectional DC/DC converter for fuel cell and Ultra-capacitor equipped hybrid energy vehicle. The small signal equivalent model of bidirectional DC/DC converter in the buck mode is first established to obtain its transfer function. And a double loop of voltage and current is designed for the power control of bidirectional DC/DC. The non-minimum state space model is then deduced to initialize the PI controller parameters offline based on the predictive functional control (PFC) and Fuzzy rules are designed to tune the PI controller online. Simulation results of the proposed controller show that the set power can he achieved quickly by comparing with traditional PI controller and PFC based PI controller.
