摘要
In the environment of E-Commerce, participants in negotiations lack fair and reasonable mechanism which restricts the application of automated negotiation. This is becoming a bottleneck of negotiation's development. This article explores multi-Agent automated negotiation framework based on third party, researches the functions which all participants in negotiation should have, and then presents an automated negotiation model based on third party. It also describes the process of negotiation proposal and finally develops a prototype system which verifies the feasibility and efficiency of multi-Agent automated negotiation model based on third party.
