摘要
R&D activities of complex products are usually been done by main manufacturer and suppliers. The essence of corporation between these enterprises is the integration between different resources. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the main practical reasons why the main manufacturer and suppliers integrate their enterprise resources. Three aspects which are complex product attribute, resource distribution and organization structure have been analyzed in this paper. Then, the connotative meaning and the flowage structure of resource integration in collaborative innovation of complex products have been studied. Using the method of comparative analysis, this paper summarizes three characteristics of complex products' resource integration in order to provide qualitative theory basis for the follow-up study.
