摘要
Medical humanities have recently become a hot topic in the country. The English-speaking countries such as the United States, Britain, and Australia have conducted extensive and in-depth theoretical discussions and practice for many years. They have studied the theoretical research focus, methods of development, and practice of integrating medical education in their countries for the past 20 years. This is a reference for the exploration of medical colleges and universities in this area.College English has the nature of humanities and the advantages of compulsory public courses in colleges and universities. On the basis of this, medical students are urged to strengthen their sense of service in their osmosis and to deal with the relationship between doctors and patients correctly in their medical practice career in the future. Become the guardian of people's health, realize life value and career ideal. The innovation of medical English teaching includes the integration of many aspects including teaching ideas, goals, modes, content, and implementation approaches and so on. Visual case teaching is the starting point for the implementation of medical English teaching. It can achieve the purpose of training qualified medical and health talents by the "four in one" mode: improving English skills, acquiring professional knowledge, developing critical thinking and cultivating humanistic spirit.
