摘要：

The new "College English Teaching Guide" is to be finally released soon, with many experts involved in its drafting and interpreting its functions on different occasions. Thousands of people in college English world have to wait and see, paying close attention to this new thing. This article is intended to discuss how to make full use of humanity achieved by college English teaching from the aspects of teaching situation analysis, curriculum frame and human ecology cultivation to enhance students' basic knowledge of Humanities and their humanistic quality.
