The Study on Shoes Development Based on 3D Foot Measurement

摘要
With the development of society, the life level of people is also going up. Customers begin to think much of the quality of shoes and comfort performance for wearing. However, everyone' s foot shape has its own "personality", the personalized shoes can be made depends on the characteristic data of the foot. This article is based on 3D foot measured studied foot data feature of different people, to provide scientific data support for shoes making. The main tasks are listed as following: using 3D scanner to scan human body and applying Scan worX software to do the softening work of scaned pictures (remove noise and miscellaneous light) to gain physical 3D optimized pictures; make use of Scan worX to abtain foot personalized figure data; analyzing the data from 3D measurement to absorbing in a large amount the foot feature data concerning relevant age stage. Depends on the 14 17 age range initial foot data the method of specialized shoes products development was put forward in this paper which was benefit for shoe-making enterprises and relevant research for measuring the data of foot.
