摘要
This paper proposes a solid state transformer to integrate a high power PV plant to a medium voltage (MV) grid. This enables the plant to have distributed MPPT for multiple PV strings thereby increasing the extracted power from the PV modules. A 10 MW system is simulated with MATLAB/Simulink and the results are presented in this paper. Further, a scheme to mitigate the inter-phase power unbalance with zero sequence currents is presented. A detailed analysis of the system and the derivation of the magnitude and phase of zero sequence currents are also presented.
