摘要：
The involution of the uterus is influenced by a number of factors such as advanced childbearing age, electrolyte disturbances, multi-parity, repeated cesarean sections, and vaginal infections. The authors report the management of a clinical case of a 41-year-old female who presented with acute intestinal obstruction due to a non-involuted uterus after cesarean section.
