Financing of SMEs in Western China in Carbon Financial Environment

Financing plays a key role in the development process of small and medium enterprises. Based on carbon finance perspective, in the original financing basis, this paper undertakes exploration in financing features of SMEs in Western China which is gradually related to East industries. I believe that in carbon financial environment, the SMEs financing is divided into three: direct financing, indirect financing and non-normal channels of financing. Among them, the GEM and SME public financing will become an advanced model, and bank financing and private financing will be a combination of mainstream, non-normal financing channels gradually attract people's attention. In the end, the article provides policy recommendations on how to change SME financing models.
