摘要：

SMEs are playing an increasingly important role in the national economy, but the problem of financing has always been a factor restricting the development of SMEs. Under the background of the financial crisis, financing issue has been intensified. This paper discusses the financing characteristics of SMEs in Jiangsu Province in the periods of before the crisis, the financial crisis and post-crisis respectively, and analyses the impact of financial crisis on financing of SMEs. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for SMEs on how to deal with the financial crisis.
