摘要
At present, the traditional inductive power detecting device is limited in measurement accuracy and application range due to its principle and structure. At the same time, the staff has an urgent need for remote monitoring of electrical equipment. So this paper designs a wireless transmission device based on CS5463 power detection. In terms of the power detecting device, an anti-aliasing filter is formed by precision resistors and capacitors to reduce interference. The CS5463 with system calibration and temperature drift compensation is used as the metering chip to improve measurement accuracy. In terms of wireless transmission, ESP8266 is used for network communication with Ali Cloud server to realize data uploading and remote monitoring. After many experiments, it proved that the accuracy of the device meets the requirements of the technical indicators of the power monitor and realizes the demand of remote monitoring.
