摘要
Telecommunications networks are undergoing a transformation from Time-Division Multiplexing towards an IP-based Next-Generation Network (NGN). This paper provides an overview of industry guidelines for Quality of Service (QoS) measures in multi-vendor NGNs, currently being developed by Communications Alliance, for deployment in Australasia.
