摘要
In this paper, barium titanate nanopowders were obtained by combination of sol-gel and hydrothermal methods, starting from tetrabutyltitanate and barium acetate. Our work was focused on low-temperature synthesis route, as well as structural and morphological characterization of the resulted nanopowders. Moreover, the structure type of barium titanate and magnetic behavior were established. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. All rights reserved.
