摘要
In recent years, precision instruments develop rapidly, but the vibration of high-precision instrument platforms has become a huge problem hindering the efficient operation of precision instruments. Low-frequency vibration reduction is always the difficulty of vibration control. So it is urgent to explore new methods to solve such engineering problems. In this research, smart disc structure is focused on by using the electromechanical properties of piezoelectric materials. Some vibration attenuation strategies are provided by adopting the methods of active control. Finally, finite element method and experiments are applied to verify the feasibility of the vibration reduction strategies.
