摘要
Cubic set and complex fuzzy set are two useful tools which have been used successfully to deal with vagueness and uncertainties. In this paper, A new hybrid model is first proposed by combining cubic set and complex fuzzy set, which is called complex cubic fuzzy set (CCFS). Then, some algebraic operations of CCFS are defined and some of their desirable properties are studied in detail. Furthermore, some aggregation operators including complex cubic fuzzy weighted averaging operator (CCFWA), complex cubic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator (CCFOWA), complex cubic fuzzy weighted geometric operator (CCFWG) and complex cubic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator (CCFOWG) are developed. And some properties of the proposed aggregation operators are also investigated. Finally, a multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) method is introduced based on the proposed operators under the complex cubic fuzzy environment, and an illustration example is given to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed decision-making method.
