This article has firstly carried on the region decompose to coastal area 12 provinces and cities, collected the massive statistical data, contrasted the coastal area each economic indicator to the nation, appeared the coastal area in our country economic development prominent status, to coastal zone in economic development comparative analysis, obtains, the central and northern coastal economic growth to present the strong rising momentum, further analyzed the coastal economic development primary cause and the situation, pointed out the tendency that the south resources moves to the north and the new turning point of area development.
