Current role of intracoronary Doppler flow in interventional cardiology.

摘要
Interventional physiology, as much as anatomic parameters, ultimately determine the functional status and well being of a patient. Although technical improvements in equipment and more clinical studies are needed, the current experience indicates that interventional physiology has moved from a research tool to clinical adjunct. A physiologic approach complements coronary interventions and has important clinical and economic implications for patients undergoing invasive treatment of coronary artery disease.
