Study on assessment of the sustainable development for regional industry economy (ID: 2-070)

The sustainable development strategy must be implemented in the concrete space, which is usually called region. In order to weigh the rationality of the development policies of the regional industrial economy, the tactics and regional industrial structure, and make the measures with compatible progress of the society, environment and reform scheme of the industrial economy effectively, objective assessments to the regional economic situation must be made. The factors influencing sustainable development of the regional industrial economy are in many aspects, and the influencing degree of these factors is different. Thus, the sustainable development assessment of the industrial economy is a comprehensive assessment system with many goals. Based on the definition,goal definition of regional industrial economy sustainable development and the principles of scientificalness, integrality, level, relativity and static index combining with dynamic index, the multi-lever hierarchical index system of regional industrial economy sustainable development is set up from the aspects of economy, society, environment, resources and technology, the concrete research of the calculations and methods of correlative qualitative index and quantitative index is made, and the correlative calculation method is produced. To confirm the index weight, the nerve network value adjusting model is established and the concrete principle and plan. to choose the sample data are derived. On choosing the assessment method, as the sustainable development index system is a complicated system and a lot of indexes in this system have uncertainties, the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method mode and assessment criterion are given. Finally, an example on the practicality, confirmation is carried on. The results can be helpful for establishing the region sustainable development strategy.
