摘要
In order to acquire the basic parameters of water injection for dust control in soft coal seam, practical experiments in typical fully-mechanized top-coal caving long-wall faces (FTCTFs) with soft coal seam in Zhengzhou district are carried out. Wind power drilling, single-direction long borehole layout in the return gateway of the coal face, and scaling machine with hydraulic power are done in water injection experiment. The conclusions drawn by these experiment are: the appropriate water injection area is 20 to 30 at before a coal face in soft coal seam, the water pressure is 2.5 to 3.5 MPa, the water flux should be kept in 10 L/min in normal phase, and the water pressure can not be more than 5 MPa. The experimental results provide an important reference for analogical FTCTFs in Zhengzhou district.
