Influence of Innovation Mechanism on Patent Strategy of China's Manufacturing

The investigation and analysis of the patent strategy of Model Patent-oriented Enterprises in Zhejiang Province revealed that the patent management of these Chinese manufacturers was still in the initial stage. The formulation of Intellectual Property Strategy and setup of Patent Administration Department and its functions have not been optimized. From the perspective of institution, the relevant legal system is not perfect yet, which influences the corporate patent strategy. In terms of the execution, the business circle is utilitarian, but they lack of patent strategy.
