Lateral vibration field test for the lighter pier railway bridge

摘要
It would influence the safety of train running if the lateral vibration of lighter pier is large. In this paper, the field vibration test was carried out for the lighter double pole pier railway bridge. The lateral dynamic characters of this type pier were presented. The time-history curve of wheel-rail interaction force, the derailment coefficient and the rate of wheel load reduction of the vehicle on bridge are given. The real experiment data was provided for further Study of the lateral dynamic characters of lighter pier in the future.
