摘要
The presentation deals with description of the 3-dimensional model of batch melting which is part of the complex software GS-GFM (Glass Service - Glass Furnace Model). The batch model involves batch to glass conversion, gas release and water evaporation based on reaction kinetics via degree of conversion. The degree of conversion is estimated by DTG and DTA measurements. All the batch properties are functions of degree of conversion and of temperature. The gases released from batch (mainly CO2, H2O) enter the combustion space. The influence of combustion space quantities (temperature, gas composition, flow, etc.) by batch gases is of significant meaning and is being modeled. The model examples of batch layer melting and of combustion space field modification by batch gases are presented.
