Game analysis of the information release of the listed companies based on rent-seeking theory

摘要：
Based on the rent-seeking theory and game theory, this paper studies the rent-seeking activities and designs a cooperative and non-cooperative game model between listed companies and independent auditors. Policy-related meanings are assigned to the variables, parameters of the game model. In conclusion, some policy-related proposals are given about how to control the coalitional game for government supervisors.
