摘要
The statistical data reflects the various characteristics of aspects of social economy and is a combination of spatial data and attribute data. There are the advantages of managing and processing massive amounts of data, especially spatial data for geographic information system. This article combines geographic information systems with statistical data and applies cartographic visualization theory to achieve map visualization for statistical data. It can reflect the spatial characteristics of statistical data dynamically and intuitively through associating with statistical charts and geo-spatial location and then non-spatial attribute information can be quickly reflected through spatial features. The users can participate in the production of statistical tables and queries with the visualization of the interactive functions. This makes the original static pages information rich and support for the statistical data management and applications.
