摘要
V3O7 center dot H2O single-crystal nanobelts was successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method using VOSO4 center dot 2H(2)O as raw material. The crystal structure and morphology of the nanobelts were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and the formation mechanism was studied. The length of the nanobelts was about several micron to 40 lm. What's more, the average width was about 100-150 nm, and the thickness was about 20-30 nm. The possible formation mechanism of the synthesis of vanadium oxides nanobelts was proposed. The formation mechanism was summarized as the dissolution-oxidation-peel-sheet process. (c) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
