摘要
MPEG-7 is the standard for describing standard multimedia content that provided the richest multimedia content description tools. For video and audio assets, MPEG-7 provided description tools for describing static spatial regions, temporal regions and moving regions. To describe the composition and positional relationship of regions, the Segment Relationship Graph description tool can be used.
