摘要：
With the gradually perfect of the market economy, the competition between construction enterprises increasingly fierce, the comprehensive budget management of construction enterprises for effectively control cost and enhance competitiveness has important significance. In view of status of comprehensive budget management of construction enterprise in China and the existing problems, the comprehensive budget management method based on BIM technology is put forward, and the budget management countermeasure of construction project is analyzed. And then, Budget management organization structure and the relationship between BIM and the budget management system, ERP system are studied. Finally, the structure and function of comprehensive budget management system is built. The results provide support for accurate, fast budget of construction enterprises and effective control of cost.
