摘要：
Traditional engineering cost management has many problems, such as low efficiency, large error and incoordination. BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has the characteristics of visualization, coordination, simulation and optimization. BIM technology can analyze project progress data quickly and accurately in engineering cost control, which runs through the whole engineering process. The application of BIM can make the engineering cost management more intelligent and automatic, and achieve the purpose of improving building quality, controlling construction progress and reducing engineering cost.
