摘要
In recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of research papers in the field of intrapreneurship. This growing interest has been linked to different areas of study and knowledge. In view of the results of this work, it can be seen that the same has not happened in relation to scientific production that studies intrapreneurial behaviour from a gender perspective. The number of works is still low and does not allow for conclusive and generalisable results. The methodology followed in this work has been that of the systematic review of the related literature.
