摘要
Hydrothermal syntheses of nano-modified solid wastes-based wall materials are prepared, and their compressive strength, dry density and water absorption were investigated. Microscopic characteristics were analyzed by MIP, XRD, FT-IR and SEM. The nucleation of nano-CaCO3 promotes the formation of whisker-like and flaky tobermorite and their intercalation on the inner wall of the pores results in forming the connected crystals that greatly improve the compressive strength. Nano-Al2O3 makes tobermorite have a relatively large arrangement and promotes the formation of C-A-S-H filling the pores to improve the compactness of the system. Excessive nano-SiO2 is prone to agglomerate and unfavorable to the strength. (C) 2019 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
