摘要：
In order to remain competitive, firms constantly strive for better quality, efficient use of resources, and increased cost effectiveness. Further, firms need IT-business strategic alignment for strategic and competitive goals, generating business value, and at last gaining competitive advantage. This paper reviews the literature regarding IT governance, IT-Business strategic alignment, and mobile technology usages. This is as an attempt to present valuable and practical guidelines to IT managers and business managers to realize the resources and conditions necessary to comprehend the potential values of their IT investments in the existence of mobile technology usage, and cloud computing capabilities.
