摘要：
An index system was constructed on the evaluation of the capacity building for the eco-agriculture county. To make the evaluation result more directive and comparable, a multi-index hierarchy fizzy decision-making model was presented on the basis of hierarchy analysis and the fuzzy consistent matrix. A classification standard was developed on the comprehensive evaluation index. Finally an actual example for proposed model and its algorithm were illustrated.
