摘要
This paper propose the traffic model of monitoring Electronic Data (E Data) and monitoring multimedia video in Cognitive Radio (CR) based Smart Grid (SG), the traffics are classified as four types with different priority computation formula. Only the top-k priority monitoring Secondary Users (SU) can be admitted for communication if the number of available free Primary Channels (PC) is k at the time of scheduling, to enhance the delivery probability of E Data and multimedia data, we propose a buffer resend mechanism to keep the "send fail" data, to avoid the overflowing of the buffer, the unsent data is compressed by "milk" algorithm to keep some old data and the new arrived data in the same buffer, and the video data is classified as key frame data (KF data) and difference non key frame data (NKF data) to reduce communication burden, the storage mechanism and scheduling algorithm of different traffics are presented. And the simulation results show that our scheme can increase the communication successful probability significantly.
