摘要
This paper is intended to present a comparative analysis of teachers' and students' attitudes towards e-learning and blended learning in two Lithuanian universities of applied sciences - SMK University of Applied Social Sciences and International School of Law and Business. The main issue of topic was a statement that teachers and students have different attitudes towards e-learning and blended learning in conventional higher education institution. There are results of two surveys those was carried out in 2012-2014 in two universities presented in this paper. Surveys were related to the permanent monitoring actions of implementation of e-learning and blended learning in the universities and main aim of those surveys was to obtain information about differences in teachers' and students' opinions and attitudes. The voice of students was very important because students are the digital generation and they have specific needs that we teachers and administrators sometimes do not understand. The author of this paper worked before and work now in those two universities in the position of the head of distance learning centres.
