摘要
In the context of global climate change, low-carbon eco-city has become an inevitable trend of transformation of urban development, many cities in our country have been exploring the theory and its practice. In this case, according to regional characteristics, specifically low-carbon eco-city construction inherent logic, analysis dynamic mechanism of low-carbon eco-city, build a scientific and feasible index system, explore cooperative governance framework has important practical significance for the promotion of low-carbon eco-city construction research. combined with the Yellow River Delta regional characteristics, we describe the internal logic, dynamic mechanism, index system and co-governance framework of low-carbon eco-city construction In this paper, and we also built low-carbon eco-city construction system which is in accordance with the Yellow River Delta region.
