摘要
The development of satellite remote sensing technology is rapid in China in recent years, multiple optical remote sensing satellites have been launched like HJ-1A&B,ZY-1 02C,ZY-3, GF-1/2 and so on, which provide rich remote sensing data source for lithologic mapping. In order to give full play to the advantages of domestic satellite data in lithologic mapping and support data source selection of lithologic mapping, application product development, product and service quality assurance, meanwhile, promote domestic satellite application in geological mapping and improve the development of follow-up satellites, a region about 420km(2) in the East Tianshan Mountains, China was chosen as the study area, and a comparative evaluation of multiple satellite remote sensing data including HJ-1A, ZY-1 02C and ZY-3 in lithology interpretation was carried out in this paper. The applicable condition of these three satellite images were pointed out and the recommendations for future work were presented.
