摘要
talytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of the acrylonitrile production wastewater over Mn-Ce and Co-Bi complex oxide catalysts in a high pressure reactor has been investigated. The results show that the activity of the catalyst is intensely affected by the composition of Mn-Ce and Co-Bi. The Co-Bi catalyst has a high catalytic activity and non-metal cation leaching in the acidic wastewater. The appropriate operating condition is proposed as follows: the reaction temperature is 200 degrees C, the oxygen pressure is 1.8MPa, the oxidation time is 60 minutes. Under such conditions, the removal rate of COD is over 90%.
