Design of piezoelectric transformer for the switching power supply

摘要
This paper describes a design method of piezoelectric transformer (PT) used for the switching power supply. Preliminary design is based on an equivalent circuit. In order to improve the design, a 3D model is developed and a general-purpose finite element analysis (FEA), ANSYS program is used to evaluate the performance. The simulation results provide an adequate method for the design of PT.
