Lead-Free Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1 Ti0.1O3 for High Piezoelectric Performance Flexible Nanogenerator

摘要
Owing to the growing number of personal electronic devices and the resulting growing global energy consumption have necessitated the development of efficient and flexible electronic devices to harvest energy, nanogenerator based on piezoelectric principle is one of those smart devices that offers the required properties, and can converts mechanical energy such as human motion into electrical energy. Piezoelectric nanocomposite based on lead-free BCZT nanoparticles and PDMS polymer has shown excellent piezoelectric property. In this paper, BCZT was synthesized using a sol-gel method to increase the particles piezoelectric coefficient. Different nanogenerators have been realized based on different concentration of BCZT. Nanogenerator with (15 wt. % BCZT) ows outstanding output performance with open circuit voltage of 13 V and output power P=2.218 mu W for resistance R=370 k Omega using the shaker device.
